Topp & Dubio is a multidisciplinary artist duo who live and work in The Hague, The Netherlands and Kaliningrad, Russia.
Topp & Dubio study and scrutinise reality from a conceptual starting point. Their work flawlessly deals with fiction and reality, the personal and the public, observation and participation, the romance of imagination and the absurdity of reality.
