0,29 is a Bogota-based research group / non-profit / art collective that works in the many intersections between arts, politics and cultural translation. The activity of the group combines traditional art practice such as direct action, interventions, alternative media and performance with cultural journalism (editing { magazine and El Bugalu fanzine), research, education and cultural entrepreneurship.
