Biografia
I am an outsider artist. I have been painting for ten years mostly oil, but have painted some acrylic and a few watercolors. When I work with oil, I am reminded of a world full of wonderful color. I think that painting is a spectacular freedom of expression. Whether, it is an abstract of paradise distorted or an impressionistic landscape of a magical land in dreams of amazing colors; in the end it’s all worth the effort. I just let the oil flow onto the canvas, as a thought that I just can not get out of my mind or a photo that must be painted. I know a piece is done when I can sit back and feel very much at peace with the painting and myself. When my work is going well, I am filled with an inner peace. When people see my work, I’d like them to feel that inner peace and joy.
