Biografia
Nancy Cicchetti is a Bay Area artist who has been painting and printmaking for 20 years. Working in oils, she uses the figure and landscape as inspiration. The interplay of color, texture, light and dark are very important to her compositions. Mood is created by the choice of images and background. Inspired by her travels to Mexico, Utah, Italy and the desert, she will focus on a specific moment in time to tell a larger story. Her work has been shown on both coasts, where she has received numerous awards and sold to both the private collector and institutions. Her prints include monotypes and etchings.
