Biografia
I think I want to be a poet. The simplicity, the economy of means, the feelings evoked. But words are not my medium. It's all about paint. The evolution of my work has led me to an exploration of language; not just the language of paint, but the laborious construction, mark by mark, character by character, syllable by syllable of a language that conveys meaning through form. This language I am creating has a million tongues and as many interpretations. It is a language that I, too, am trying to decipher. And if I'm lucky, glimpses of poetry can be seen through the thicket.
