Colombian-born art projects producer based in New York, where he has run art spaces and founded 'No Longer Empty' in NYC. Producer of (No Longer Empty on the Road/ SQUAT Liverpool) one of the six official events of the 2010 Liverpool Biennial, a section of the Biennial devote to sound art. Has produced public art interventions in Shanghai 2007 (Shanghai Kulture-Project), founder Latin American Cultural Week in NY, creator of Art Miami media technology lounge (2008-2009).
