Biografia
I am a Brazilian photographer with an eclectic body of work. As an advertising photographer my work has been published in many catalogs and books and here is some honors and awards: Honorable Mention at New York Photo Awards (2012), Nominee at The New York Photo Awards (2008 and 2009), Nominee at The Conrado Wessel Awards – Brazilian Advertising Photography (2005 and 2006). Sometimes I work as a Director of Photography for TV commercials, fashion films and documentaries. As a fine art photographer, I use to try various techniques, such as pinhole, lomography, digital photography, and various subjects like portraits, polaroid-pinhole portraits (“polapin” Series).
Some solo exhibitions: TRAUM (2012), FOREPLAY (2001) and HELLO, MY NAME IS... IT! - Goethe Institut – Porto Alegre (2005).
