Biografia
My name is Jackie and I'm a traditional artist, specialising in pencil portraits.
I love to draw members of the older generation, as their faces have so much character and wisdom...the journey of their life is etched in every line on their face. A beautiful thing indeed.
I studied fine art in my youth, but left college before finishing my course, for very difficult personal reasons.
I began drawing again in November 2007 after an 18 year absence...and have spent my time ever since, trying to catch up on the years I've lost.
This is me.
