My current installation My Inner Sole evokes the coexistence of possession and death. Both viewed through my experience in Varanassi (Banares) and my mother's Holocaust experiences. As a vehicle I had chosen 18 skeletons adorned with luxurious attire and big shoes. As a tableaux vivant with individual narrative.
The installation is accompanied by original music by Kristin Norderval and a video by Liz Magic Laser and Steve Kimelman.
