Artist statement:
The art work concept I’m working on starts from my knowledge and background in photography, using images as central core in my pieces.
The projects I’m developing right now talks about comunication and how the technology solutions can feed the erotic process of the comunication itself; how this technology cretaes a dialogue with our own identity, how changes the ‘’natural’’ rules of what is ‘’normal’’, what is closer to the ‘’nonsense’’. Projects that using the absurd as a background,with a strong conceptual load and well care formalization, uses the imputs from what we have close to us, contemporany, to awake a critical spirit to the reciever, thespectator, an element who becomes sometimes even the generator of the same piece.
Fan is a project that uses the metart code to create a critical reflexion about the same act of art reflexion. A video piece in loop that loves redundancy.
