I am currently focusing on the use of stop frame animation in order to experiment in film techniques as well as cinematic techniques. My practice at the moment is centered on cinematic styles and the interpretations of old into new then the transition back to old style projection. To link in to these cinematic concepts I have decided to experiment with old cine movie cameras, I would quite like to look into altering the film roll after filming my pieces so that I can work on the film using lo-technology juxtaposed against the hi-technology.
