SVETLANA VOLIC
She is visual artist expressing through different mediums: video and video installation, site-specific art, photography, painting, scene-design and graphic design. Graduated from Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade, 1999. Finished post-graduate studies at the same Faculty, 2002. Member of ULUS (Fine Artist's Association of Serbia) since 2000. Realized 5 Solo-exhibitions. Since 1997. she took part in more than 60 group projects (exhibitions, site-specific projects, festivals…) in Serbia, Macedonia, Czech Republic, Montenegro, Estonia, Latvia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Italy, Greece, Canada... She has made scene design and video installations for 17 theater events. Participant in the Venice Architecture Biennale 2004th as a co-author of a multimedia art project SD-02: site Krstac within the national setting of Serbia and Montenegro Montenegrin Eco-Lab. Living and working in Belgrade as freelance artist.
