Biografia
I am an artist based in London. Through drawing and painting my current work assesses our experience of landscape and attempts to re-examine landscape painting as a genre. In 2007 I was awarded an Oppenheim-John Downes Memorial grant and prior to that a Pollock Krasner Foundation grant. I was short-listed for the Jerwood Drawing Prize in 2004 and from 2001-2002 was a resident artist at the Florence Trust Studios in London. As well as exhibiting across the U.K., I have been in group shows in New York and Victoria, Australia. In 2001 I received a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from the University of Hertfordshire.
