Biografia
Elena Salvadori got a diploma in Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera in Milan and she got a postgraduate degree in Multimedia Visual Communications, film and video director, new new technologies for art. She co-operates with some agencies dealing with animations and advertising campaigns. Her documentary MX 2004 of the year 2005 won the prize for the best photography at The Philadelphia Documentary & Fiction Festival 2006 and was presented at the Guangzhou International Documentary Festival 2005 in China and Festival du Cinema Bruxelles. Il cerchio caldo, winner of the productive prize Filmmaker Milano 2005.
She works on video art and documentary, but she experienced various forms of expression such as photography, painting, engraving
She has attended workshops with directors: Fernando Solanas, Vittorio De Seta, Alberto Grifi and Jean Louis Comolli, and a workshop with the artist Rirkrit Tiravanija.
She also teaches multimedia design in a high school of graphics and communication.
