Biography
Morellet's work is a critical suggestion, going through the dialectic
contrasts, an expression containing the
importance of a question or an affirmation. The desire to join the opposites,
to find the own individualism and the relationship to a certain society,
the places of the origins and the symbol of continuity, consuming
ironically the habit. From photo to video, from sewing to embroidery, from
design to assemblage of found elements, from peluche to acrylic painting,
the artist ironically proposes ideas that seem to diverge from the usual codes,
deviating from the usual parameters, which are consolidated in the symbolic
collective universe, in order to cause a momentary "disconnection", a derailment
from the usual tracks, to stimulate a new awareness.
