Biography
Iwona Rozbiewska, born in Poland. Studies at the Academy of The Fine Arts in Warsaw (2013 - MA in The Faculty of Sculpture) and the Academy of The Fine Arts in Munich (January 2017 - Diploma), works with video, objects, and installations. Playing with the shape of forms and connecting them with ontological themes, she absorbs the sociological-psychological problematic using her experiences, literature, philosophy, psychoanalysis, art history, and the knowledge acquired through her work process. Her artwork is filtered through the lens of science and literature. Approaching the theme of transience, she enters the space of science fiction and irrationality to create fictional worlds or reality mixed with a dose of imagination.
