The concept i have been working is called "Worldmaking" and it is a research in the field of artistic creation. The “world” which is displayed in the artwork is the output of a complicated process. The first time I attempted to approach the concept of "Worldmaking" I tried to liberate myself by rejecting the narrow frames and rules which I considered to restrict the terms of Painting. I came into contact with the material through experimentation as I was exploring through a gestural drawing my personal interpretation of the world. Through the process of fighting with the materials and having intense contact with them, the result is a brutal artwork. Meanwhile, I tried to give a kind of tenderness in the work and that was accomplished by the use of drawing. Due to the undefined result that gives the drawing I had the opportunity to maintain in it's purest form, the primary idea of the painting. My goal is the deconstruction of the image in order to construct it again in a violent way.
