Biography

Lorena Chiarcos was born in Latisana in December 1978.
She started her approach art at an early age, acquiring a solid artistic sense, and always in familiar surroundings, thanks to his maternal grandfather, as a young girl she relished the pleasure of manipulating art mainly through metals and woodworking.
Subsequently she consolidated her expertise on metals through art studies. Her attitude and passion for plastic forms opened itself towards pictorial languages, passing through the use of traditional techniques, such as the golden leaf and mosaic, and then moved to oil and mixed techniques.
At the age of fifteen she went to London, a city which she visited for seven
years and which will have a strong impact on her future artistic influences.
Thanks to the cultural competence of his paternal grandmother, she deepened
the study of art and philosophy of ikebana.
She lives and works in Latisana , in the province of Udine , where she manages the exhibition area "Anthea Art Gallery" named after the Cultural Association of which she is president, continuing to pursue numerous artistic projects on several fronts as a curator.
