Biography
I’m currently studying Contemporary Art and Design at Writtle College and exploring my options as an artist. Art to me is about being free and creating work that I get a real kick out of producing. From a young age, I was always restricted and told to paint what was in front of me, but now my work has started to take on its own style, but is still very experimental. As an artist travelling is a large part of my work and is usually the starting point for my ideas. My work usually begins as photographs, generally of the body and found objects, that I then develop further. My recent work has taken the form of printing and mixed media, which I usually focus on with a black and white theme or muted colours on different canvases, such as recycled paper and the body.
