Moments
Duties determine our everyday life. It takes time to deal with them. There is no time to loose.
This leads to continuous acceleration. It is difficult to evade this. However, there are situations which prompt us to pause. Situations that occur as a surprise, suddenly and unexpectedly or can be staged, such as pouring a cup of tea. These moments take longer than an instant. When experiencing these moments we observe with several glances. Doing this time elapses. This is the topic of my painting. We grasp moments with several limited glances. Time elapses during this. This is the theme of my painting.
