Biography
BIO:
I grew up in Montreal, Canada where I worked for many years as a film and theatre professor, instructional designer and at times, a freelance writer, photographer and corporate videographer. In 2010, I retired from teaching and decided to work full time developing my craft.
I don’t consider myself to be a photographer in the traditional sense because I never married into any one medium. I use whatever seems to fit the intended purpose. As I see it, the media are only artifacts situated within a particular context and a particular environment and do not define my art or me.
At this time, I am using a digital camera to gather a selection of photos that I combine and fashion to produce a single image that I hope will move the audience in some significant way.
I hold a Ph.D. in Educational Technology from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada, and a Master of Arts in Media Production and Evaluation.
