Biography
Course of studies
1996 Baccalaureate art at the Art School of the Sacred Heart in Milan.
1999 Diploma of Illustration and Design at the School of Art and Message of the Castello Sforzesco in Milan.
1995-2000 he attended the Atelier of Henry "the Observatory figural" in Via Borsieri in Milan.
1999/2008 begins a long series of hospitalizations in psychiatric wards in Northern Italy. The years of admission to the mental health centers and the painful journey into madness are the central theme of all his works. Art is a means of complaint and resource personnel, the only means of escape, self-seeking, liberation, communication. The spaces represented in his work are those of the hospital, cold and bare, closed and cruel. The body, head office of each symptom, is fragmented, it becomes thin wire. The movement created by quick brushstrokes and repeated lines is that of the mind, thoughts of "how to train" (he wrote some works).
"Dance," which depicts and describes is that of madness, of a forced motion and endless mind and body. in the end of the written word, cursive or block letters and then the frame is an integral part of the painting, calligraphy is sometimes hard and sharp, others soft and smooth to disappear or become incomprehensible.
"On those paintings that were my diary I wrote phrases from the infantile form, dramatic and redundant ... because when you are locked up, time stops and goes back to being small." Alice Banfi.

2006- 2013 -Partecipa speaker at training seminars for professionals such as journalists, psychologists, psychiatrists, teachers, health workers, university students and high school.
2006 - He painted and exhibited in his small gallery "Artemisia" on the promenade in Camogli.
