Biography
Claudio Pedrotti born in Milan on 09/01/1954. Graduated in engineering from the Milan Polytechnic and graduated from the Higher School of Craftsmen of Brera in Milan.
From the observation of nature and things of reality, I like to grasp the deepest, most hidden, purest aspects, capture the sensations, emotions and fantasies and transform these aspects into compositions of colors and abstract shapes as simple as possible. and which are based on three essential factors: balance, simplicity and harmony
The compositions will appear simple almost elementary precisely because they are conceived according to principles of synthesis, essence, minimalism and primitiveness, using tools reduced to the minimum terms or using only elementary forms and colors, thus giving up the help of the illusion of perspective to the three-dimensional aspects and to the real shapes and colors.
To this pictorial thought I have given the name of "ABSTRACT EMPATHY".
