INAUGURATION BY ACHILLE BONITO OLIVA
Professor Bonito Oliva is the most famous contemporary art critic, known for having launched the Transavanguardia movement internationally: the last true Italian avant-garde that has been publicly recognised. Thanks to him Cucchi, Paladino, Chia, Clemente and De Maria have imposed their talent in America and throughout the world, reaching record figures at auctions. Bonito Oliva was the curator of the 45th Venice Biennale.
