Biography
ROBERTO PAVONI
Born 1977 in Italy.
He lives in Rome where he works as an artist and as a teacher.
EDUCATION
2006, Specialized in qualifying Co.B.A. courses at the Rome Academy for Fine Arts, to be qualified to teach art. Thesis on: “Tiziano and Drawing”, an in-depth studies on sixteenth-century Venetian drawing.
2003, Earned summa cum laude degree at the Rome Academy for Fine Arts, in the Decoration section under M° Gino Marotta, with a thesis on: “Giorgio De Chirico and the Mysterious Baths series”.
1998, Diploma of Professionally Qualified Restorer of Paintings on Canvas and Panels, Professional Institute for Restoration, Ars Labor, Rome.
1996, Diploma of Applied Arts, State Arts Institute Roma II, (when he created various works of art for public competition and shows on behalf of the institute).
1994, Diploma of Art, State Arts Institute Roma II.
2007, “Domani i tuoi occhi”. Theatre Furio Camillo ,Rome. Collaborated on the set design. One-act play written and acted in by Emiliano Ottavaini, managed by Maria Cristina Gionta.
2007, Rome Largo Leopardi. Created for the State Arts Institute Rome 2 in the section of Decorazione pittorica mosaics for the restructuring of the Esquilino area in Via and Largo Leopardi in Rome. (Assessorato all’Urbanistica. Politiche della programmazione e Pianificazione del Territorio. Roma Capitale. Ufficio per la Città).
2004, “Il Vigneto di Torbe”, Theatre In Portico, Rome. Collaborated on the set design for the theatrical work by Emiliano Ottaviani.
