Biography

I was born in Padang, West Sumatra, February 11, 1982. Since the year 1999 I decided to wrestle the Arts in Yogyakarta. During the process of art, I like to treat the object as a visual language that presents a sense, to explore the medium and looking for new techniques. Initially I did exploration line techniques using “Dot” (baby bottles) whose content is a mixture of sand with acrylic paint by the end of 1999. The texture of the line gives a different sensation and I am intrigued to treat a variety of other mediums on canvas. As husk, sand, stone powder, pulp, iron, and wood dust. Each medium produces a distinctive character textures.
I am interested in working with the theme of humans and the dynamics of life. Based on this interest in 2005 I studied Psychology at the of Mercu Buana University Yogyakarta. My goal personally is to create artworks using psychology approach. Methods of Psychological approaches provide many perspectives in the exploration of ideas related to humans. It's most fun when finding new conceptions of the idea. While the challenge is to establish painting visual construction, using a medium and seek appropriate techniques
The consequence is clear, there is a sharp difference between the visual form of the paintings with other paintings. Because the creative process depends on the initial idea, the value of what is about to be disclosed, and how to choose the medium and look for visual painting techniques so that execution can deliver. And for me this is the pattern says "heart language" or conscience the freedom to paint.
