The art of Michael Bono runs on the track of painting and sculpture, regardless of the means used.
Then enriched by sculptures which softened color forms and paintings to which the wise use of color contrasts give importance almost palpable. The brushwork in the confluence of various extension campiture not dampened the details, but rather enhance them with the contrast between floors and relief.
It is thus an effect, even in the limit of a human face. But the show does not stop at the surface, because the gaze of the artist, albeit with modesty, penetrates into the intimacy of the subject portrayed.
Being through the "sympathy" in the etymological meaning of participation in the joy and suffering.
