Biography
My training began simultaneously to my attendance of the State Art Institute in Asti in the Architecture and Decor Section, a very technical course, that also pointed to the contemporary avant-gardes. The matter which in particular left to me more freedom of expression was "life drawing". Assiduously practiced for five years, it helped me to understand the meaning of "seeing", “owning space”, “understanding the structures” and “grasp the space relationships”. Seeing is a creative matter that now brings me to a more aware studying of faces and human conditions. It's mine a survey of a soul which belongs to a face. Still I'm continuing to experiment through various forms of painting and various media, such as ceramics, paper, glass, iron, wood and fabric, and, lately, the canvas.
