Biography
Fransien Bal started as a sculptor, examining and combining various materials such as wood, stone, terrazzo, concrete and resin. More and more she also worked with materials she had found in the streets, on the beach and in the forest. During a strong period of research and experiment, in which she combined her rich collection of forgotten materials with her sculptural discoveries, MusiVisualLanguage evolved. She invited artists from different disciplines to join in with music, photography and film.
