Biography
Born in Rome in 1982, after scientific studies, she has achieved Master degree at the Accademy of Fine Arts of Rome. In those years she has grown a strong interest in the conservative restoration of artworks, thanks to the lessons given by her teacher Gino Marotta very keen to this subject. A process of research and testing of traditional artistic techniques began, together with a constant research of the processes which have led to the dematerialization of the art in the twentieth century. Although she had made up her own knowledge on the development of contemporary artistic language, she remains tied to drawing and painting. In 2005 she started growing interest and work of clay, thanks to the origin of her paternal grandmother, born in Castelli in Abruzzo, an important Italian ceramic center. She later spent time studying the techniques of overglaze painting at the ceramic factory of her family. Since 2003 she has attended some collective exhibitions of painting.
