Capturing the static movements of motion in tension. Contrasting photography for a word that needs to be looked at inversely.
In my work I aim to capture the time in-between moments, the static points of life, Dynamic tension in nature, people, and still objects that resemble familiar emotions and memories.
I love art pieces that cause you to stop and look at them for a period of time…the same time that the images are suspended in, you then become suspended in time with them, appreciating, inspecting, curiously poking around with your own imagination.
