Biography
There is something unconscious about the inception of new work. An image floats in an undefined world, is hunted and captured, and then put on the canvas. After that comes the disengagement. There is a need to leave the work be. The canvas is now its home, its world. I start feeling for its needs, trying to have a non verbal dialogue.
The inspiration might be the biomorphic world. I look for a system of tools that can examine any living being.
The source is Nature, and everything that derives from it.

The means: black ink. Mostly. I explore the Greys, which to me are a world complete. Work is done horizontally, using different tools, and intuitive movement.
