Biography
"AUSTRALIA - THE LAND DOWNUNDER"
My name is Leif Aas Clausen aka CLAUS.
As a young man I migrated to Australia, where I experienced a wonderful country with some very friendly people. And the nature "Downunder" is just great.
Now I am back in Denmark, but part of my soul is still in Australia.
In my art I am influenced by the aboriginal dotpainting style, but I do not try to copy or steal their ownership to special motives.
Instead I'm trying to show you the animals, the landscape, maps, the heat, the endless time and some actual relations to other people.
