Biography
Driven by the effects of globalisation and being a migrant herself Violeta Vollmer- Dundulyte´s art either reflects the necessity to survive on different markets or – more important- it tries to deconstruct the changing realities around her by grapping their icons to create her own narrative on the basis of segments of the global subconcious - thus transforming memories of her past into a very personal myth.
