Biography

My art respond to the actual situations by seeking and yearning to connect the substance to the spirit, near to far, sustainable to heavenly.
Specific environments, with fictional narratives, that expresses the struggle between, the mater, and the spirit.

The 'Mikva' paintings (in Judaism - ritual bath), the flip-flop sandals, the sacred symbols, the (biblical) bush, or, an undefined vastness of desert that represents the place of transcendence.

The bath is wrapped with a pinkish curtain is a metaphor of a womb, of the spiritual, and rebirth.
The donkey (glance at the viewer), from one hand is the donkey of the Messiah on the other, a symbol of hard work, routine, a symbol to the material world.
Both, donkey and the Bathtub are simultaneously metaphors to traditional, spiritual, universal world, as well as the material world.
