Biography
After studying Fine Arts from Lahore College in 2006, joined National College of Arts, Lahore, and graduated in painting in 2011.
Learned sculpture, print making, miniature, painting and photography there. The mediums that i enjoy is oil on canvas and etching on acrylics these are the two mediums through which i feel i can express freely.
PROFESSIONAL EXPIRIENCE:
• Group exhibition at VM Art Gallery, Karachi.
Show Title: Emerging Talent, 2011
• Graffiti project with media channel Atv, Lahore.
Program Title: ‘Ishtihar Lagana Mana Hai’ Duration: One week
• 6 weeks internship as a Textile Designer at Pasha Textiles.
• A number of Interior design projects conducted with Meer Associates, Lahore.
• Many completed and on-going Free-Lance Painting projects.
AWARDS & ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Awarded Student’s and Principal’s Scholarship throughout four years at NCA.
• Appreciation of participation in Young Artist Exhibition, Alhamra Lahore Arts Council, 2010.
• Appreciation of participation in the Children’s Annual Function at the Shoukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, 2009.
• Appreciation of participation in the competition of UEC Birmingham Institute of Art and Design, 2006.
• Appreciation of participation in the competition of International Child Art Foundation (ICAF) 2000 being the only student from Lahore to be selected.
