Biography
The philosophy of my painting is the representation of ideas through images almost always unrelated to the temptations of an explicit realism, subjects acquire the tones of a language of great simplicity and linear color often wrapped in a metaphysical universe, so as to appear "real abstractly" .
My style explores the relationship between man-made structures and the natural world, including recognizable shapes and structures living within irrational thoughts and emotions.
Painting is the medium that allows me to express an intellectual thought with immediacy, tension, seduction, is the space in which emotions become open images in an infinite reading with the intense colors of pastels, pigments of oil paint or charcoal , the blood, or the transparency of watercolors or incisiveness of the design. My painting includes the dialectic between the abstract and the figurative, the intersection of the personal narrative and symbolic. The richness of the materials, the different techniques used detect the quality of content, the beauty of the result in which form and content are identified, they represent a moment in his infinite variety of expression, highlight the inner self as well as the appearance of the images.
