Biography
Sal Vaccaro was born in Naples, Italy March 10, 1986. From an early age his passion was drawing.
From 2006 to 2007 has had experience in the amateur scene with companies in some theaters in Naples, including “Il Piccolo” in Fuorigrotta.
From 2007 to 2008 but has widened the field of airbrush on any surface. In previous years has always used the classical techniques of painting and drawing, such as oil, acrylic, watercolor, pencil, watercolor painting and testing various working materials taking into account more traditional and academic fees, basinghis work on tha anatomical study.
Between 2008 and 2009, his study focuses on work done in pen and the study of pastels on sketch paper.
The year 2010 was a year of vital importance to Sal for the study of design and specification of the tract for his illustrations. Also in 2010 he graduated with honors in Painting at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Napoli, and also won the first prize “Between Drawing and Form” at the monumental complex of San Lorenzo Maggiore in Naples (Old Town).
Some of his works are in several museums in the historic center of Naples, Pomigliano D’Arco, Aversa, and in private collections in Milan and Turin.
