Biography
The art has not opinion because it is the language of sensations, whatever material it uses: words, colours, sounds or stones. What remains of the work, apart from the artistic product or material, is the sensation, or, better, a block of sensations. It is a feeling that exists on its own. The artist’s style is always a struggle, an attempt to set life free where it is imprisoned: to let a moment or a detail of the world exist on its own, to let it last. Sensation is not fulfilled by the material, whether not the material fulfils entirely the sensation, the perception or feeling. Material is full of consolidated opinions that the artist has to destroy in order to produce a vision and let the material become meaningful.
