Biography
Mercurioargento's creations are characterized by a vaguely vintage flavor and are steeped in research of the meaning of the worn out, bringing the thought to a distant past, to the Middle Ages, for example, or to a future already used and distant.
I try to communicate my sense of art, my world, what I am. I never do preliminary drawings.
I set up following an idea's trail through which I imagine how it could be the final product.
Regularly I make mistakes that open up new paths and lead me to new solutions.
I don't wonder if what I'm doing will meet the public's favor or not, I just do it.
When I create I feel totally free.
