The human personality is naturally multifaceted. The individual is a place where instants meet in continual dialectic conflict between each other, just like a multitude of cultural logics that, when borrowed, are actively given new meaning. Our experience of life thus becomes an ongoing work in progress, just like art.R32;Gianferrari seems to know this well. “The Stuff of Dreams”, in fact, is not one but many. The dream is the moment in which the person breaks free of censured rationality to take, choosing a highly personal production, the twisting roads to the fulfilment of contrasting desires and follow them to their extreme consequences. By abandoning the limited possibilities of individualism, each one of us can borrow diverse cultural pathways and turn our night-time thoughts into an expanding rhizome through aesthetic form, in search of the encrypted representation of impulses rendered impenetrable.
