Biography
Aldo Celle, the painter who translates a symbolic realism through "spiral".
Aldo Celle, son of Gino, an appreciated painter, was born in Genoa (1960) where he lives and works. During the eighties he experienced painting in plain air in Genoa and Turin and the green points in Genoa. During the nineties, living in Malaysia, he studied the posture of human figures in symbiosis with geometric figures.
Aldo participated in collective exibitions in Milan, Genoa, Turin, Rufford (UK), and had personal exibitions in Genoa, Turin, Kuala Lumpur.
Aldo’s works are part of important private collections. In 2007 he gave the picture “Kissed by the sun” to UNICEF joining to "Tomorrow’s Color” project linked to "Girls and children builders of peace."
The exibitions organized by Francesca Ghizzardi and Aldo Celle are not only about pictorial art, but events involving other artists in poetry reading or in music performance. We remember the the performances by chorus “Arkansé” and by “Lyrical Chorus Monteverdi” or by the musician Edmondo Romano.
