The Unnaturalist Manifesto
Unnaturalism is the representation of a human beings and humanity for what they are, i.e. as they slowly descend into unnaturalness, as they have been doing for the past fifteen thousand years.
Unnaturalism means showing, without empty hopes, without pietistic compromise and without romantic interpretations, the abyss of nothingness into which men and women have fallen, dragging with them everything in their radius.
Unnaturalism means therefore to highlight what is ugly as what is beautiful has disappeared from the world and where it may still survive it would not in any case intelligible by modern human beings.
The unnaturalist artist, who chooses to be blissfully oblivious to the sadness that this generates in sensitive persons, does not put forward any solution because this regress is unstoppable. However, such artists mirror and faithfully record the numerous aspects and mutating forms - ordinately chaotic and chaotically ordered, emptied of fullness and full of emptiness, unhappily gay and gaily unhappy, passively active and actively passive - which an imprisoned humanity has displayed in recent times.
