Biography
Cristiano Piccinelli (1971) was born in Turin, where he still lives. Degree in Biological Sciences from about 12 years he work like sculptor. He began his journey at the studio of Jim Hake.
In 2008 he participated in Contemporary Arts Torino Piemonte with the art project "Abbandono". Since 2000 has participated in numerous personal and collective exhibitions. He also won several national art awards: Young Prize “Internazione Italia Arte”, 2009, Torino; Section Sculpture Prize at the "XII ° Concorso Nazionale d'Arte Contemporanea SaturARTE 2007", Genova; section Sculpture Prize at the "4° Premio Nazionale di Pittura e Scultura Città di Novara 2004"; 1st prize of the public "Io Espongo 2002," Association Azimut, Torino. He’s currently also engaged in training activities with adults and with students in schools.
