Biography
Sergio Cavallerin, the art in the dna, was born in Perugia (Italy) in 15th June 1957.
After his born he quickly began his artistic activity collaborating as illustrator for Italian and European advertising companies, publishing companies, newspaper and magazines (Nebelspalter, Televizier, etc).
He parteciapted in more than two hundred personal and collective humor exibits around the world winning prizes and recognitions.
Complete and versatile artist, not only cartoonist but also painter and passionate photogrpher appreciated distributor and divulger of the designed art.
In 2000 has been published his first book “Levitazioni” a collection of well 300 pieces of humoristic cartoons. Some of these are exposed to the UN Gallery in New York, others are in Gabrovo in Bulgaria to the Museum House of Humour.
In December 2007 he published his second book "Felineide," a poetic tribute to the universe of the cat.
At present he lives in Perugia where he works as editor for one of the most important Comics Publisher.
