Biography

Donata Romagnoli is a gifted painter who has gained his experience through artistic studies at the 'Art Institute of Fabriano (AN) and the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Macerata, where he followed courses in artistic direction.
Donata Romagnoli has operated in the Marche region for several years as a restorer of paintings, works by running a certain prestige as the restoration of paintings located within the Basilica of San Nicola in Tolentino. He also made several personal painting in various Italian cities including Turin, Ancona and Bologna. He currently works in his studio as a painter and decorator art.

His painting reflects interests that concern the environment of music, especially jazz.

The Jazz is seen by the artist as a musical genre that is able to better express the instinctual part of man.

This instinct is expressed through the use of color and one that can be approached figurality German Expressionism. The protagonists of Jazz music can be approached to romantic artists cursed, in which the genius goes hand in hand with lawlessness.
