Biography
Chiara Cochi, born in Orvieto in 1979, lives and works inFlorence.
In 2004 she received her Diploma in Photography at Fondazione Studio Marangoni.
She has participated in several workshops with renowned photographers, such as Paolo Woods, Toni Thorimbert, Massimo Vitali, Natale Zoppis, Bob Sacha, Gea Casolaro. She has also contributed to several projects of urban documentation. Among others: Networking City; Focus on Monferrato; Cantieri fotografici - Zone di Frontiera Urbana; Mini Sharing Art.
Her photographic research is intense and precise; her favourite fields are landscape and portrait photography. Her analysis of the landscape is focused on its condition of "habitat", almost humanized by the visible presenceof the human being.
