Biography
Peppe Salvo , painter and engraver , was born in 1972 in Barcellona Pozzo di Gotto (Me)
He studied at Liceo Scientifico in Barcelona PG (ME) - Sicily.
In 1994 he got a bachelor’s degree in painting at the Academy of Fine Arts of Reggio Calabria.
After a secondary school diploma in Art of Photography and Graphic Design at the Art Institute of Milazzo (ME) and he gratuated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence gettins a lebel II degree.
Since 1987 participates in exhibitions and exhibits of painting and graphic arts in Italy and abroad .
And ‘ inserted in the “Collection of the Italian Engravers” vol . III, IV , V, VI by the Cabinet of Ancient and Modern Prints Bagnacavallo (RA) , is part of the Group Engravers Sicilians.
Some of his works have been acquired by the Collection of Prints “A. Sartori “ of Mantua; Foundation “Sinaide Ghi“, Rome; by the Epicenter Museum Gala (Me ); by the Educational Museum sms Ugo Foscolo Barcelona P.G. (ME ) by the Cabinet of Ancient and Modern Prints of the City of Bagnacavallo (RA ), the Italian Cultural Institute in Cracow; by ADAFA for the International Collection of Graphic Prints and the Museo Civico “Ala Ponzone“ in Cremona ; Club Graphics , Rende ( CS) Art-Arte gallery, Pescia ( PT), Siena Art Institute, Siena
