Pasquale Mastrogiacomo is born in Salerno where he frequents the Art institute
Graduated to the Academy of Arts he can define him as an complex artist. Sculptor, painter, potter, designer with a strong critical sensibility.
The eye of the artist is able to tell the reality in its essence, to realize what immediately is not evident, to perceive and to reveal, mechanisms, trials and transformations in action.
His diversified production is the synthesis of religious, political, social ideas, with an unusual attention to the value of the contrasts, to the seduction of the modernity, to the phenomenons of corruption and moral degradation. The activity of search and excavation, that is translated in the exaltation of lines and colors and in the brightness of the volumes, expresses him in problematic representations and highly meaningful that require a particular reflection to the observer.
