Biography
My work is a lifelong study of color: initially, with conventional oils, watercolors on canvas or paper; more recently in dyeing or painting natural materials (hand made paper , bark, fabric, sisal,hemp) with organic dyes to create two or three dimensional pieces.
My recent work offers a unique style and explores the history of pre-hispanic colors and applies them on different media.
I see myself as one more link in the long chain of artists that have worked in the past and are presently working to not let "ART" die.
